Sage Memorial Hospital’s Pharmacy consists of an Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy. Outpatient Pharmacy is located on the 1st floor of Poncel Hall and Inpatient Pharmacy is on the 2nd floor in the same building.
Patients are required to show a valid driver’s license in order to pick-up any prescribed controlled substance.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
