Sage Memorial Hospital’s Pharmacy consists of an Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy. Outpatient Pharmacy is located on the 1st floor of MOB and Inpatient Pharmacy is on the 2nd floor in the main hospital.
Patients are required to show a valid driver’s license in order to pick-up any prescribed controlled substance.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Holiday Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
