Ms. Delores Noble comes to the Board as a member of the community of Steamboat, Arizona and has been a Sage Memorial Board member since May 2019. Ms. Noble holds a Bachelor of Art in Elementary Education which she earned from Prescott College and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership which she earned from Northern Arizona University.
