PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
GANADO, Ariz. – The Sage Memorial Hospital Out-Patient Clinic located at Poncel Hall in Ganado, AZ will be CLOSED on the following dates/times:
- Monday, April 3, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm (Ganado, AZ location)
- Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm (Ganado, AZ location)
The Emergency Room (ER) will remain open, and patients will be re-routed to the ER.
The Sage Memorial Hospital Eye Clinic located at Poncel Hall in Ganado, AZ will be CLOSED on the following date/time:
- Monday, April 3, 2023 from 1pm to 5pm (Ganado, AZ location)
