Important Health Advisory: Varicella (Chickenpox) Alert.
 
Chickenpox is highly contagious and can spread quickly in our community. Symptoms include fever, fatigue, headache, loss of appetite, and an itchy rash that turns into blisters. It’s contagious 1-2 days before the rash appears until all blisters crust over.
 
If you have symptoms:
 
Do NOT enter the hospital or clinic.
Cover any rash, if possible.
Call ahead before seeking medical care.
Follow healthcare staff instructions to prevent spread.

  • Mondays & Thursdays: Mobile Clinics at various chapters (Ganado, Kinlichee, Steamboat, Klagetoh, Nazlini, Greasewood) from 10am-2pm.
  • Wednesdays: Diabetes Clinic in Outpatient Clinic.
  • Services include: Adult & Pediatric walk-ins, Referrals, Sports Physicals, Medication Refills, Immunizations, Diabetes Screenings, Blood Pressure Checks, STI Testing.

Note: No clinics on Sept 1 (Holiday), 15, 18, & schedule subject to change.

The Mobile Health Clinic is excited to announce its schedule for April 2025, delivering essential health services across different chapters in the area. Managed by provider Melanie Neztsosie, the clinic will be operating on the following dates at these locations:
April 3-4, Kinlichee Chapter: 10am-2pm
April 7-8, Burnside Lowe’s: 10am-2pm
April 10-11, Wide Ruins Chapter: 10am-2pm
April 14-15, Cornfields Chapter: 10am-2pm

The Mobile Health Clinic provides a range of services including adult and pediatric walk-in services, wellness center referrals, sports physicals, diabetes and blood pressure screenings, medication refills, pregnancy testing, rapid HIV/Syphilis testing, and immunizations. A specialized Diabetes Clinic is available every Wednesday at the Outpatient clinic.
