Dr. Aljinder Mangat is the Director of Medical Staff for Navajo Health Foundation – Sage Memorial Hospital.

Ms. Dalgai is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and native of Ganado, Arizona. She is an experienced professional in healthcare management and operations. Prior to serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Sage Memorial Hospital, she focused on human resources, employee benefits, legislative and community affairs and project management. Ms. Dalgai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration Degree both from the University of Phoenix. 

 

Ms. El-Meligi is an accomplished healthcare executive with exceptional aptitude as an organization leader who ensures regulatory compliance, patient quality of care, and strategic clinical program development. Prior to serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Sage Memorial Hospital, she held roles as the Director of Nursing and the Director of Clinical Services at hospitals in Arizona and Utah. She is a Registered Nurse and also holds her Bachelor of Nursing Degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is also a member of the American Organization of Nursing Executives (AONE), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
