Aljinder S Mangat, MD

Dr. Mangat MD is an ABIM Board Certified Internist, Graduate of 5th Pathway Program at NY Med College with Residency in Internal Medicine at State University of New York at Buffalo, NY. He has worked as an Internist and a Hospitalist in the Phoenix Valley Since finishing his Residency. He was a General Internist with Scottsdale Health Care now Known as Honor Health and was Chief of Medicine at Shea Campus, Hospitalist Medical Director and CMO at Osborne Campus till 2016.

 

Michael Katigbak

Mr. Katigbak is a financial management consultant with over 35 years of experience in industries including healthcare, health insurance, professional services, education, manufacturing and financial services. He has been involved with global organizations, mid-sized companies and entrepreneurial firms. Mr. Katigbak has worked in for-profit and not-for-profit firms. With U.S. and Canadian work experiences, he has educational training in the field of Finance and Accounting (MBA) and Professional Accounting (CPA from Ontario, Canada).

Patricia Blosser, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, MBA

Ms. Blosser is dedicated to the advancement of clinical nursing practice and optimization of rural healthcare. She has a passion for the development of healthcare policy as well as improvement initiatives focused on improving access to quality care. Her nursing experience includes community health, diabetes prevention and management, and critical care in the emergency department.    She achieved her Bachelor of Science – Nursing, Master of Science – Nursing Leadership and Management, and Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.  She completed her Post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification with the University of Cincinnati in 2020. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Arizona.

Netrisha Dalgai, BSB/A, MHA

Ms. Dalgai is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and native of Ganado, Arizona. She is an experienced professional in healthcare management and operations. Prior to serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Sage Memorial Hospital, she focused on human resources, employee benefits, legislative and community affairs and project management. Ms. Dalgai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration Degree both from the University of Phoenix.
