Sage Memorial Hospital announces the upcoming release of its second-quarter newsletter for Fiscal Year 2024. This edition highlights our hospital’s accomplishments and initiatives from January to March 2024. Look out for the newsletter insert in the Thursday, February 8 edition of the Navajo Times.
The contents of this issue include:
- Meet Our Dedicated Healthcare Recruiter – An article introducing Brenda Yazzie, the Healthcare Recruiter at Sage Memorial Hospital, and her role in bringing healthcare professionals to take care of the Diné people and surrounding communities.
- Sage Memorial Hospital in Navajo Nation constructs new facility to improve health care – An article discussing the construction of a new state-of-the-art hospital by Sage Memorial Hospital, which aims to provide better and more advanced healthcare to the Navajo Nation while incorporating and honoring the traditions of the Diné.
- A Glimpse into the Future of Rehabilitation Services – An interview with Deidrea Salabye, Director of Rehabilitation Services at Sage Memorial Hospital, discussing the expansion and improvement of rehabilitation services at the hospital.
