Stay healthy with our convenient services from Sage Memorial Hospital & Navajo Health Foundation.
- Mondays & Thursdays: Mobile Clinics at various chapters (Ganado, Kinlichee, Steamboat, Klagetoh, Nazlini, Greasewood) from 10am-2pm.
- Wednesdays: Diabetes Clinic in Outpatient Clinic.
- Services include: Adult & Pediatric walk-ins, Referrals, Sports Physicals, Medication Refills, Immunizations, Diabetes Screenings, Blood Pressure Checks, STI Testing.
Note: No clinics on Sept 1 (Holiday), 15, 18, & schedule subject to change.
